How to add PNG on any Photo using Picsart

To Add PNG on Any Photo follow these steps:-

1.Firstly Open picsart photo editor- Download Picsart

2. Then Select photo which you wants to edit.

3. Now Go To Add photo and Select any png which you had download any from given below.

5.Click on Normal which is on Right side and then select Screen or any other which u want to choose...
