How to Open those Sites Which are Blocked in India :- )

Steps :-

1.You can see my website is not opening.

2.Just Open german-proxy.de from any Browser.

3.In Address Bar Enter any site which is blocked like :- wapka.mobi, kat.al ,extratorrent.cc etc.

4.And Open it...

5.Hurrah ! Its Workin'.....
